Mr. Wise's chemistry students are hard at work completing a lab experiment with a precipitation reaction involving silver. The students in the attached photo have just finished precipitating the pure silver and are pouring off the liquid so the silver can be dried and weighed! 👩🔬🥼

This week, nearly 160 high school students from CVHS, CHS, WCHS and Argus and Endeavor took part in the Soroptimist International of Ceres #DreamItBeIt program. This annual event focuses on supporting young women in achieving education and career goals. Activities included writing goal-setting letters to future selves. We are grateful for the positive impact of Ceres Soroptimists in our schools! 🤩 #TheCeresWay




Friday, March 8 is a non-student day while our staff engage in district-wide professional learning. We look forward to seeing students back at school on Monday, March 11. CUSD schools will be closed for the February break from Monday, Feb. 12 through Monday, Feb. 19 (Presidents' Day). The District Office will be closed Monday, Feb. 12 and Monday, Feb. 19 (open Feb. 13-16). We will look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Tuesday, Feb. 20.
